If you would like to delete your Fresh Fill account and all associated data, please fill out the form below. Once submitted, our team will process your request.
What happens when you delete your account:
- Your account profile and login credentials will be permanently deleted
- Your loyalty points and rewards balance will be forfeited
- Your order history will be removed
- Any saved payment methods will be deleted
- Your personal information (name, email, phone) will be erased from our systems
Please note: Certain data may be retained as required by law for tax, legal, or regulatory purposes (e.g., transaction records for up to 7 years). This retained data will be securely stored and will not be used for any other purpose.
