Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are applicable to all the users of the Fresh Fill Mobile App and participants in the Fresh Fill Loyalty Rewards Program. These Terms of Use and Fresh Fill Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”) govern your relationship to Fresh Fill with respect to your use of the Mobile App.

We reserve the right to modify, alter, or update these terms and conditions of use at any time and without advance notice. Communication regarding  changes to these terms and conditions will be sent by email to the address registered with your account or by prominent notice on the Mobile App. Your continued usage of the App following such notification constitutes acceptance of these changes. If you do not agree to these changes, you must immediately cease using the App.

How does the Fresh Fill Mobile App Rewards Program work?

1.   For every dollar spent on qualifying purchases you receive 10 reward points.
2.   200 points earns you $1.00 off on mobile app orders. 
3. Use your points! Reward points are valid for 90 days from the date of qualified purchases and will expire if not redeemed. 
4. App rewards points can only be used for Mobile App purchases and may not be redeemed for in store purchases, fuel, tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, gift cards and pre-paid cards, alcohol, coupon redemptions, orders placed on third party delivery platforms, tips/fees, catering purchases and applicable taxes. 

Do you share the information in my Fresh Fill Rewards account?

Fresh Fill does not share your personal information with anyone outside of Fresh Fill without your consent. Additionally, no one can access your personal information, except in the limited ways listed in the Fresh Fill Official Privacy Policy. Maximum Redemption: A maximum of $100 in Fresh Fill Mobile App Rewards may be redeemed in a one-month period.

1Discounts: Certain discounts and special purchases cannot be combined with Fresh Fill Mobile App Rewards. 

Unauthorized Use: Report any unauthorized use of your account to FRESH FILL at freshfillstores.com/loyalty-reward-program. FRESH FILL will not be responsible for Fresh Fill Mobile App Rewards or other benefits redeemed by an unauthorized user. 

Account Closure: A Member’s Rewards Program account may be closed by FRESH FILL in its sole discretion after 12 months with no activity.

Suspension/Termination of Membership: FRESH FILL reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend a Member’s membership in the Rewards Program in the event of any suspected misconduct, including suspending the Member’s ability to redeem Fresh Fill Mobile App Rewards and/or other benefits earned or received in connection with his/her membership in the Rewards Program. If FRESH FILL concludes in its sole discretion that the Member has engaged in misconduct or that his/her account has been compromised, it may terminate the Member’s membership, including but not limited to terminating the Member’s ability to redeem Fresh Fill Mobile App Rewards and/or other or benefits earned or received in connection with his/her membership in the Rewards Program. 16. Modification of 

Termination of Rewards Program: FRESH FILL reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or change the Rewards Program at any time. If the Rewards Program is terminated, Members will no longer earn Fresh Fill Mobile App Rewards or receive other benefits associated with the Rewards Program. Unless otherwise provided in writing by JIU, any unused FRESH FILL Reward or other Reward Program benefit will expire upon termination of the Rewards Program, and Member’s Rewards Program points will be set to zero.
